Dine Off the Tracks signals NeverEnding Experiences’ highly anticipated arrival in Sydney with a one-of-a-kind farm-to-table dining experience created from the fresh seasonal produce locals flock to Carriageworks Farmers Market for.
Expect an unexpected convergence of old and new, with food curations from renowned veteran of international Michelin-starred kitchens Nelly Robinson of NEL, and award-winning author and Chef, Rosheen Kaul, formerly of celebrated Brunswick restaurant Etta.
As you arrive at the iconic historic arches of Bay 21’s private foyer for a champagne reception, chef Nelly leads you on an hour-long journey into new gastronomic realms of wondrous whimsy with never-before-dreamed canapé selections.
Taking your seat at the long table then carries you into the soul-warming flavours of Rosheen’s culinary heritage. From Peranakan-Chinese to Filipino and Kashmiri, via Singapore and Melbourne’s inner south-east, before returning to the otherworldly with Nelly’s playful twists on dessert. All paired with Sydney’s best sommelier selection of premium wines, accompanied by a live pianist and NeverEnding surprises along the way.
