Taste of The Afro-Caribbean
Joining Chefs Shorne Benjamin and Kemi Fajemisin on this sunny Sunday afternoon, guests were granted exclusive access to dine in the lush, serene surrounds of Brisbane’s Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens – emulating the spice-rich tropics that have long inspired and infused Afro-Caribbean cuisine.
As guests strolled into the sun-dappled rainforest, the cutest authentic coconut stand got the welcome cocktails flowing with pina coladas, lychee spritz, passionfruit mojitos and chilli margaritas served with canapes by the creek.
